It is the tree of the poplar which can say not only a biei but also Hokkaido as scenery as well to represent. This tree became famous in CM of the car. Then, it was used for the photography of many photographs. A place is comparatively close to the national route, too, and many sightseers come every year to it. A parking lot and a tourist home are constructed nowadays, too, and a sightseeing bus comes and goes, and a taste like former times is being lost.
