2. Access to our YH

Liberty Youth Hostel is in nearby Bibaushi Station of JR Furano Line.
When you get off the train at Bibaushi Station, you can see our YH.
It takes 1 minute on foot.

* The time required by JR
New Chitose Airport - Sapporo : 　35 minutes
Sapporo - Asahikawa : 1 hour and 20 minutes by express
Asahikawa - Bibaushi : 40 minutes
Furano - Bibaushi : 30 minutes

3. How to make a reservation to our YH

1) Please fill out the reservation form and send us .
The reservation form is in No.19 of this information page.
2) We will reply you within 2 days ( available or not ).
3) After receiving the acceptance e-mail from us, please check
again the datails of your reservation and send back to us
the e-mail.
4) Your reservation will be completed and we send you the
completetion e-mail.

Notice : Please don't change several times.

4. Starting to accept reservation

We will start to accept the reservation on 90 days before the date
required.

* Example
1) Making reservation for 1 night on 15 July :
Please send the reservation form on and after 15 April.
2) Making reservation for 3 nights on 20, 21, 22 September :
Please send the reservation form on and after 22 June.

Notice : We are sorry but our YH is very small and you are hardly to
make a reservation in summer season.

5. Room type and charge

( These are one night charge for each person, without meals,included tax )

* dormitory room charge
YH member adult : 3780 yen
non member adult : 4380 yen

* private room charge
YH member adult : 4280 yen
non member adult : 4880 yen
YH member child ( under 12 years old ) : 3780 yen
non member child ( under 12 years old ) : 4380 yen

Notice :
1) We have 6 rooms in all.
2) All beds are in upper and lower sides.
3) You have to set your sheets by yourself.
4) There is not any single rooms. If you travel alone ,
you can make a reservation for only dormitory room.
5) The couple is able to stay at a twin room.
6) There are not private bath and toilet in all rooms.
7) YH members discount is needed YH members card every one.
8) Sorry but child under 12 years old can not stay at dormitory room.
9) If you are group of 3 or 4 males (or females) and you hope to stay
at dormitory room, you may stay apart at different rooms in
some cases.
If you want to stay at one room all together, please make
a reservation for private room.

6. 　Meals charge ( included tax )

1 dinner : 1050 yen
1 breakfast : 630 yen

NO DINNER DAYS ( Every Monday and Thursday from June to September )
We are sorry but we don't prepare the dinner on every Monday
and Thursday.
There is not any restaurants in Bibaushi at night but there are many
restaurants in Asahikawa, Biei and Furano.
We sell some retortable pouch and instant noodles at our YH.
There is a microwave oven and hot water is prepared any time.
Sorry but you can not use our kitchen.

7. 　Payment by credit card

We can accept your payment by credit card ( Visa, Master, JCB)

8. 　Check in and check out time

Check in time : 14:00 - 23:00 pm
Check out time : 6:00 - 10:00 am

* Early arrival is available.
You may leave your luggages at the luggage room in our YH before
14:00 pm on the arrival date and also after 10:00 am on the deperture date.

9. Dinner and breakfast time

Dinner time : 19:00 pm
Breakfast time : 7:45 am

* All guests take dinner or breakfast all together.
Please don't be late for this time.

10. Order stop for meals

The order for meals be accepted until the day before the date required.

11. Can not another menu

We can not prepare another menu of dinner and breakfast for vegetarians.

14. International telephone

There is not international telephone in Bibaushi.
If you need, you can telephone at JR Biei Station .

There is a PC for internet in our YH.
If you bring your PC, you can connect with internet by wireless lan.

16. Rental car and bicycle

There are some rental car shops in Biei, Asahikawa, Furano.
And there are some rental bicycle shops in Bibaushi and Biei.

17. Cancelletion fee

Please let me know as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone ,
if you wish to change or cancel the booking.

* Cancellation fees
14 days before the date of stay : no cancellation fee
7-14 days before the date of stay : 10 % of total fee
2-6 days before the date of stay : 20 % of total fee
the day before the date of stay : 50 % of total fee
the date of stay : 70 % of total fee
No notice : 100 % of total fee

Notice : Cancelletion caused damage to us .
In case of cancel , we will inform you the account of
bank of our YH.
Please send us the cancelletion fee as soon as possible.
